Lidia Ratajczak-Kluck is responsible for the industry segment Consumer Products | Large Scale Fashion & Marketplaces since January 2022.
Lidia Ratajczak-Kluck studied at the Poznań University of Economics and Business, majoring in Business Management. After graduating, she started at the container logistics company Maersk in Poland (sea freight) in the Customer Service department.
She has been with the Bertelsmann group since 1997. In 1999 she took over responsibility for the Customer Service area at Arvato in Poland. Then, starting from 2003, she held leading positions in various areas such as media, e-commerce and loyalty programs.
Most recently, as Managing Director of Arvato Supply Chain Solutions in Poland/Chairwoman of the Executive Board, she was responsible for B2C and B2B logistics, omnichannel, e-commerce and healthcare, and managed the operation of 16 logistics centers and over 2,300 employees in Poland.
