What awaits you in your ASPIRE trainee program?
You will get to know the diversity of intralogistics "from the ground up" and work through all areas of our planning and realization department in several site assignments in Germany and abroad, accompanying exciting automation projects. During your trainee program, you will develop your expertise in the area of material flow planning by accompanying logistics concepts from planning to project management and implementation. This is how you prepare for your career in the field of logistics engineering with us!

Due to the Covid-19 situation, we have adapted our application processes. As a result, our introductory and selection interviews take place virtually via Microsoft Teams. Of course, our recruiting team will accompany you throughout the entire process so that you are always well informed and someone is available to answer your questions.

If your documents have convinced us in the first step, we would like to learn more about you and your skills. We will invite you to an online assessment where you can show us your strengths in areas such as logical thinking, analytics, communication and English skills.
Now we invite you to a virtual meeting to get to know each other. The focus here is on whether we are a good fit for each other and whether Arvato is the right employer/partner for you and your development.
