Start on October 01, 2023 at our campus in Gütersloh or at our location in Dortmund and immerse yourself in the diverse tasks of our warehouses as part of various assignments at our locations in Germany and abroad.

What we offer

What awaits you in your ASPIRE trainee program?

You will get to know the diversity of intralogistics "from the ground up" and work through all areas of our planning and realization department in several site assignments in Germany and abroad, accompanying exciting automation projects. During your trainee program, you will develop your expertise in the area of material flow planning by accompanying logistics concepts from planning to project management and implementation. This is how you prepare for your career in the field of logistics engineering with us!

Becoming part of the ASPIRE trainee program

Due to the Covid-19 situation, we have adapted our application processes. As a result, our introductory and selection interviews take place virtually via Microsoft Teams. Of course, our recruiting team will accompany you throughout the entire process so that you are always well informed and someone is available to answer your questions.
