What awaits you
With the apprenticeship to become a clerk for dialogue marketing, you are opting for a varied and practice-oriented training program.
In addition to the main focus of your apprenticeship, which includes customer communication via all channels, you will also work in the commercial departments: secretarial, controlling, personnel recruiting and have the opportunity to get to know other locations, possibly also in other European countries.
In day-to-day business, you will be actively involved in the processes of the respective customer service centers, you will receive additional training on the subject of customer dialog and complaint management, learn about service level agreements and can attend additional commercial courses during your apprenticeship.
