„During the training, I accompany our trainees through several stations so that they can acquire the skills of the profession in the best possible way. We work together on the basic skills, get to know the pneumatic and hydraulic systems, our CNC lathes and milling machines as well as welding. I am always on hand to give the apprentices advice and support. Our apprentices support their team in their work early on in their training so that they can get to know the daily routine in the company at an early stage.“
