What awaits you in your ASPIRE trainee program?
In the area of Data Analytics, you will work actively with IT developers and data modelers to optimize and automate our processes and learn about data extraction from source systems, data modeling in the data warehouse, and data analysis and visualization. You can also apply your knowledge in the area of infrastructure, because here you support the expansion of our security landscape and the handling of security incidents; you will coordinate with our international Security Operations Center on appropriate measures. Of course, we also involve you in the definition, maintenance and implementation of cybersecurity processes as well as in strategy development, piloting and implementation for the connection of new technologies (on premise, cloud). In addition, you are actively involved in the digitization of processes using state-of-the-art implementation methods (MS PowerPlatform) and are responsible for advising the global business units on IT processes and application issues.
