We take part in the E-Commerce Expo in Berlin

The E-Commerce Expo 2025 will take place in Berlin on 19 and 20 February. For the ninth time, experts from various areas of  the e-commerce industry will meet at Station Berlin to discuss the latest trends, develop future scenarios and exchange views on cutting-edge topics. Under the slogan ‘From Vision to Solution’, various Bertelsmann service companies will also be taking part in the event. At a joint boost B2.1 - B3.2, representatives from Arvato (supply chain management and e-commerce), Arvato Systems (IT services), Bertelsmann Marketing Services (direct marketing) and Riverty (financial services) will present their comprehensive service portfolio to trade visitors, ranging from A for affiliate and social media marketing to L for logistics solutions and Z zoomed for target group analysis.

The joint trade fair appearance of the Bertelsmann companies will focus on the combined expertise along the customer journey in e-commerce. The close cooperation between the individual service units enables the seamless integration of different services into a customized solution. The advantage for clients: comprehensive growth opportunities in the field of e-commerce through advanced cross-channel customer communication as well as IT, SCM and payment solutions from a single source. A special highlight at the joint boost of the Bertelsmann subsidiaries: All visitors are invited to try out state-of-the-art XR glasses and see the performance and look & feel of the devices for themselves.

The popular B2B conference, which will take place on both days of the event alongside the exhibition, also promises valuable insights into current trends, technologies and use cases in the e-commerce industry. The agenda not only includes high-calibre presentations and theme days, but also two inspiring masterclasses offered by Arvato on the first day and Arvato Systems on the second day.
 

The two-day event also includes the presentation of the E-Commerce Germany Awards, an honour for e-commerce service providers worldwide who offer access to first-class services in Germany. The combined expertise of the Bertelsmann companies is also reflected in this competition: Arvato Systems is competing in the ‘Best Omnichannel & Integration Solution’ category with use cases from the Unified Commerce Suite aroma, Arvato is nominated in the ‘Best Fulfillment and Optimisation Solution’ category for Warehouse Solution for Beauty Logistics and Riverty is facing the jury's verdict in the ‘Best Payment Solution’ category with its Buy Now, Pay Later solution.
