Strengthening of our partnership with Beiersdorf

Arvato has been accepted as a new member of the "BLUE CIRCLE", Beiersdorf AG's exclusive supplier program.

The program was launched by the consumer goods group in Germany and Switzerland to strengthen cooperation with key business partners in the field of marketing services and VAS. It aims to work together with selected suppliers on cross-thematic projects outside of day-to-day business in order to optimize processes and increase transparency with a view to cost efficiency.

"We are pleased to expand our BLUE CIRCLE network with a strong partner like Arvato in order to sustainably advance the topic of eCom," says Daniela Lüssow, Project Manager Supply Chain Germany at Beiersdorf.

The network has members from various industries, including logistics service providers, creative and market research agencies, printers and manufacturers of packaging, advertising and POS material. "We are very pleased to have been accepted into the BLUE CIRCLE and are now working even more in an advisory capacity for our customers," says Julia Berlage-Rieke, VP Account Management at Arvato Supply Chain Solutions. "In this way, we can advance topics related to digitization and sustainability on a completely different level and increase customer satisfaction with our knowledge of the supply chain and fulfillment."

The international supply chain and e-commerce service provider has been working with Beiersdorf since 2015. The cooperation relates to logistics, transport, customer service as well as payment & accounting for the e-commerce sector in Germany and Austria. Most recently, the cooperation was extended by several years.
