We support more than 200 children and young people of SC Wiedenbrück

We are supporting the youth football program of SC Wiedenbrück, reinforcing its commitment to the athletic and social development of young people in the Gütersloh region. The partnership centers around shared values such as team spirit, fairness, and solidarity – qualities that make a difference both in sports and in the workplace.

As part of the collaboration, 13 youth teams with around 220 players and their coaches have been newly equipped. In addition to jerseys and shorts featuring the Arvato logo, the teams also received new training materials, socks, and tracksuits. This support eases the club’s financial burden and directly benefits its youth development program – a core pillar of SC Wiedenbrück’s work.

“Our company’s roots are in East Westphalia, so we take responsibility here – especially where community is built,” says Nataliya Renger, organizer of the partnership on behalf of Arvato. “SC Wiedenbrück stands for values we share at Arvato: commitment, mutual support, and striving for success together.”

The club also views the partnership as more than just material support: “We are incredibly happy and grateful to have such a strong partner like Arvato by our side,” says Karsten Köthemann, board member of SC Wiedenbrück. “This support not only relieves us financially, but above all, it’s an investment in the future of our young talents. It sends a strong signal that our work is appreciated.”

With more than 20 youth teams, SC Wiedenbrück is one of the most dedicated youth clubs in North Rhine-Westphalia. In addition to competitive football, the club places great importance on teaching values, promoting integration, and fostering social responsibility. Arvato also regularly supports regional projects that strengthen community and open up new opportunities for young people.

“What works in sports also applies to working life: every success is a team effort,” adds Nataliya Renger. “At Arvato, we support everyone who strives for more and is hungry for success. That’s why we’re happy to back initiatives that foster community spirit and help young people grow beyond their limits.”
